Artist Statement
My current challenge as a photographer is to approach the medium with
a genuine eye. This authenticity emerges from the driving desire to
produce images that communicate my perspective of the world around
me. I draw from the map of my experience to create a story where the
basic elements of life are the raw materials for spiritual growth.
The photographs convey a portion of my reality and truth. I seek content
and meaning in the human beings around me and how they interact with
each other and nature. Through the human form and my personal vision
I find possibility and significance.
